The park has 5 trails to suit all abilities, with different levels of difficulty : easy, intermediate and difficult (total length approx. 5 km round trip).

Outdoor climbing is permitted at PHFB provided you have proof of membership of the Fédération Québécoise de la Montagne et de l'Escalade (FQME) or a daily membership of the FQME. This will be requested at the park entrance.
Note that admission is free for climbers coming to climb on the park's cliffs.
